I have received a connection invite. What now?

Okappy’s market network is transforming how the best companies are working together and managing their work.

By connecting on Okappy, you can receive work from your customers and assign work to your own employees or subcontractors. Then share the status of the work as its updated by the engineer out in the field. Meaning no more duplication, less errors and ultimately more capacity to grow.

So you’ve received an invitation from one of your connections. What next? Read on to find out how to accept the invite and start benefiting from the Okappy network.

If your customer or subcontractors has invited you to join them on Okappy, you’ll receive an email invite.

Troubleshooting

If you haven’t received the invite, please check

  • That your connection has used the correct email
  • The invite is not in your spam or junk folder
  • You can receive emails, i.e., your inbox is not full
  • You don’t have a firewall that is blocking emails from certain domains, if so please whitelist the domain okappy.com

Please check that the two passwords you entered in the password and password confirm field are the same. Then click the Create account button again

Note: Depending on your browser, you may need to click the create account button twice.

If you have set up your account but can’t log in on the app or web, please check the email is the same as the one used in the invite and the password is the one you set up.

In particular, please check for additional spaces at the start or end of the email and password.

If that doesn’t work, please reset the app using these instructions

If you are logged in but can’t see jobs, please use the following trouble shooting guide
