Job timesheets report

With field service work, having digital time sheets is often critical. There are two ways to capture timesheets with Okappy. Using a timesheet checksheet which your employee can fill out at any time. Or using a job timesheet which can be assigned to an employee or subcontractor and then completed by them.

To generate your job timesheets report, follow the steps below.

Generate your job timesheets report

To generate your job timesheets report

  • Click Reports in the menu bar
  • Click Connections and then Job timesheets from the employees section
  • Select the date range and the relevant date type, which can when the
    • checksheet was completed
    • job was completed
    • appointment date of the job
  • Click Generate report

Job timesheets report

This will generate a report showing the completed job timesheets for that period.

Job timesheets report results

The reports includes the

  • job id and link back to the job,
  • Date
  • Name of the employee or subcontractor completing the timesheet

You can view the completed job timesheet by clicking the magnifying glass.

Export your job timesheets report

You can export your report to Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets where you can further manipulate the data, create charts and graphs or even generate beautiful dashboards which show your key metrics as they change over time.

Share your report

You can share your report by email to colleagues or your customer by clicking the email icon ( Email report ) at the top of the report.
