You can create, edit and delete job templates from within Okappy. Read on to see how to delete an existing job template.

From within the jobs page on Okappy,

• Click Job options
• Select Job sheet templates

• Your list of job templates will be shown

• Click the cross next to the relevant template or click the three dots and then select Delete template
• An alert will be shown saying “Delete template – Are you sure?“
• Click OK

The template will be deleted and will no longer show up in the Job type dropdown when adding your jobs.

Note: Any jobs created with that template will still show with the same fields. To update the job type to a different template – see Changing the job template on an existing job.

You should now be able to select the job template when adding jobs.
