Changing a job template
If you’ve added a job using a template which has been changed or deleted, you may want to change the job to use a new template.
Read on to find out how.
Changing the job type from the job dashboard
To change the job type of a job, click the job type cell for the relevant job.
Note: If the job type column is not visible, turn it on by changing your page layout.
Select the relevant Job type and then click Change job type
Changing the job type from within a job
To change a template from within a job. Simply click the change link next to the template title at the top of the page.
Select the Job type and click Change job type.
The job type will be updated.
Note: If any information was previously entered into fields which are not available on the new template. That information will not be displayed. However, it is still available should you wish to change to a different template with the relevant fields.
