Adding or updating your user details

Okappy is the only B2B connected workforce management platform which enables you to connect to your customers, employees and subcontractors to manage your work.

Like social networks, you can create you own user profile which can be used by your colleagues to find you.

Read on to find out how to create your individual user profile in Okappy.

Editing your individual user profile

To edit your individual user profile

  • Click your Profile icon towards the top right of the screen
  • Select Your profile

Your individual user details will be displayed.

You can now edit the following user profile fields

  • Your first name
  • Last name
  • Address 1
  • Address 2
  • Address 3
  • Town
  • Postcode
  • Country
  • Telephone

Once you are happy with your profile, click the Update your profile button.

Viewing your individual profile

All employee details are available by clicking the connection icon ( Connections icon ) and then selecting Employees.
