Customer details report

Okappy’s unique networked approach means you can easily connect to your customers and subcontractors. Unlike more traditional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. With Okappy, if your customer updates their contact details, this will automatically update their details within your connections tab.

To keep track of your customers details, see when customers were added, import your data into programmes such as Mailchimp and create beautiful customer dashboards, you can generate a report showing all your customer details.

To generate a customer report, follow the steps below.

To generate a report of your customer details

  • Click Reports in the menu bar
  • Click Connections and then select Customers

This will generate a report showing your

  • Customers name,
  • Contact name,
  • Contact email,
  • Phone,
  • Mobile,
  • Website,
  • Address, and
  • Date the customer was added.

Export your customer details report

You can export your report to Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets where you can further manipulate the data, create charts and graphs or even generate beautiful dashboards which show your key metrics as they change over time.

Share your report

You can share your report by email to colleagues or your customer by clicking the email icon ( Email report ) at the top of the report.
