Not so nice this month was an issue some of our customers had with their Internet Service Provider; BT. This caused intermittent connection issues and slow performance when connecting to Okappy. We worked hard to implement workarounds and published a support page with more tips and tricks.

Update all your linked jobs
You can now make a change to all linked jobs in one go from the jobs dashboard.
Calendar enhancements
The reference, description and address is now available in your calendar events (depending on your screen size and duration of the event)
Manage your subcontractors
Add highlight colours for your subcontractors and manage them as easily as your employees.
More easily update your jobs’ status
You can now change a job status from the three dots menu.
Don’t forget, see all the latest web updates by clicking your Profile icon at the top right of the screen and then selecting Latest updates. iOS and Android updates are available from the Okappy icon, then select More.
