A quieter month this month as some of the team have taken the opportunity to get away on holiday. On the technology front, we’ve concentrated on performance and bug fixes. No new headline features this month. But, if there any features you would like us to consider for our future pipeline, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Don’t forget, see all the latest web updates by clicking your Profile icon at the top right of the screen and then selecting Latest updates. iOS and Android updates are available from the Okappy icon, then select More.

Q: “Id like to do a monthly report that shows the number of hours either completed or invoiced by each employee, is that possible?”
A: “You can use the ‘jobs all’ report which shows you the date the job was initially marked as on site and the date the job was completed. This can be downloaded to Excel or Google Sheets where you can then easily calculate the difference between the two times.”
