Troubleshooting device tracking

Step 1 – check that tracking is switched on within the app

First check the Okappy icon from within the app.  If it is orange, then the app will be trying to send locations. If it is grey then tracking will be switched off within the app.

To turn tracking on, click the Okappy icon and then press Start sending locations.

Are locations now showing?

Give the device a few minutes to send a new location then update the refresh the radar screen.  Are the device locations now showing?  If not, click Next
