Setting up scheduled reports

With Okappy you can generate different reports to analyse and improve your business.  You can also schedule some of these report to be sent to your inbox each day, at the start of each week or at the start of each month.

Read on for step by step instructions of how to set up a new scheduled report.

To view your scheduled reports, select Reports and then click Scheduled reports

This will show your list of scheduled reports. If there are none, click the Schedule report button to started adding reports.

Add a new scheduled report

  • Choose the report you want to receive
  • Select the customer, employee or connection (if required)
  • Select the date type (if required)
  • Choose when to send the report. This can be Daily (each working day), the first Monday of the week or the 1st day of the month
  • Enter an email where you want the report to be sent
  • Add a message to be included on the email (optional)
  • Click Add report

Scheduled reports

Your new report will be shown including the following details

  • The report type
  • When the report will be sent
  • Who it will be sent to
  • Any message which will be included in the email
  • What date type is used to generate the report
  • Any other report options
  • Whether archived jobs or invoices are included (where relevant)

Notes:

  • Reports are sent out at 8am
  • If you want to change the report, simply click the delete icon towards the right of the page and then add a new report with the correct details
  • To send the report to multiple email addresses, create a new report for each email address
