Below is a guide to step through the settings of your Monitor app to ensure you can receive push notification for any new job allocated to you when you're not logged into the app.

1) Log into the Monitor app, click on the round orange icon on the top left, then click Settings.

2) Once you're in Settings, click on Device settings for app.

3) It will take you to the iOS settings for your Monitor app. Click Notifications.

4) Check on your Notifications screen that they've all been turned on as per below.

5) Scroll down on the Notifications screen and check the alert style on the Lock screen is set to Banners or Alerts.

6) Now you can add a job to yourself and a push notification will be sent to your phone when you are not using the app.
