Customers documents

With Okappy you might need to store documents for a customer such as a RAMs document or insurance certificate. You can easily see which documents have been stored for each customer using the Customer documents report. This also shows attachments added to jobs.

To generate a customer documents report, follow the steps below.

To generate a customer document report

  • Click Reports in the menu bar
  • Click Connections
  • Select Documents in the customer group
  • Choose which period to cover,
  • Select your customer from the dropdown, and
  • click the Generate report button

This will generate a report showing the documents for your customer.

You can filter customer documents by entering text into the search filter.

To delete a document, click the delete icon towards the right of the screen.
