Viewing attachments on Android

Hi When our engineers are using the app on android they seem to not have the option to view attached files. But on iPhone it comes up as an option. Is there something we can do to allow them to see them?

Our Android app works in the same way as our iPhone app.

Simply add a document to a job, then on either Android or iPhone,

  • open the job,
  • scroll down and then
  • click the View attachments link towards the bottom of the screen.
