Sending invitations

Hi, how can I send the invitation reminder email to a new contact at my customers? When I update the contacts the introduction email is still sent to the contact which has been deleted so I cannot manage that myself.

Invitation reminders go out to all the administrators on the account. You can re-send the invitation request with the following steps

  1. go to the connections screen
  2. selecting customers
  3. Clicking Re-send invitation.

Also if you set up a customer and then the original employee leaves.  If you amend that contact it will update both the customer and employee and the old email will be deleted.
