re-assigning jobs not showing on mobile

I am reassigning jobs but they are not appearing on my mobile do I need to sign out to receive these jobs?

Hi Mandy

No you don't need to sign out of the web in order to receive your jobs on the mobile. You can log in on as many different devices as you like.

In the first instance, please can you check the email that you are using to log in on the phone is the same as that used on the web as I think you may have set up different accounts.
