Hi,

On the app when the employee has their list of jobs for the day they are not in correct time order?

How can I change this please.

To change the order of your jobs on the mobile, when you're logged into the app, click the Okappy icon towards the top left of the screen and then

click More
Click Job settings, and then
select which job order you want (see screenshots below)

You can choose to order the jobs by their appointment date or by the order they were added.
