Will the system slow down if more users using Okappy?

No, you can have have as many users as you want logged into Okappy. You can also log on with different devices and it will still be fine. The only issue to be aware of is if your office broadband does not have much bandwidth. In that case your network could slow down if lots of people are trying to access the internet (including Okappy) at the same time.
