Hi, can you tell me

What's the difference between setting our guys up as subcontractors or employees?
If we set them up as subcontractors, do they get a link to download the app from the Apple app store?

Here’s a link which explains some of the differences between setting someone up as a subcontractors vs an employee - https://www.okappy.com/

If you set your guys up as subcontractors, they will get an email which if they click on it will provide them with a link to download the app from the app store.
