Hello

I have assigned a job to an inspector and have confirmed with the inspector that the job above was completed yesterday however it still doesnt show as completed for me.

Hi Ella

If your inspectors phone doesn't have a strong signal then it may not have had a chance to upload the data yet. Once the phone has a good signal, if the app is left open then this should give it chance to upload the data.
