Hi Mandy
I’ve looked into this and cannot see any data coming from your engineers phone this afternoon. When he was in the office was he on your wifi or using data?
It could be that the phone did not have a good connection or it was still busy transmitting other information. I noticed there was a lot of images attached to this job. If his phone is trying to send a lot of information, then the updates will get queued up. They will eventually get through but this could take a while especially if the network is poor or intermittent. This will be further compounded if the phone is old, or doing lots of other things.
Ideally if he’s on Wifi, has the app open in the foreground for as long as possible and presses the jobs button periodically then this should give it chance to get through all the data its trying to send.

Thanks
