Extract employee jobs to Excel

How do I extract the jobs assigned to a particular employee. in Excel?

To extract the jobs assigned to a particular employee in Excel,
  1. click reports then
  2. jobs, then
  3. jobs for employee.
  4. Enter the date range and select the relevant employee
  5. Click Generate report
That will create your report, you can then click the excel icon to download to Excel
