Deleting employees

Good morning.

One of my guys has got a new e-mail address and like a complete idiot instead of asking you to change the e-mail address I have added a new record and deleted the old one.  This has obviously deleted all the jobs he was associated with please can you undo this and change the e-mail address for me.

I’ve updated his account so you should see all his jobs assigned back to him now.
If he has any problems seeing the jobs on his phone, he might need to reset his app.  To do that, click on the plus button from the jobs screen, click more and then reset app. Once he logs in with his new email he should be fine.  If he has any issues, get him to give one of us a call.

ps you can change employee's emails now without having to delete and re-create a new employee.
