Some advise please, how can we find orders that have been completed on the system without needing to scroll through all the orders.

Hi Dennis
You’ve got a few different options, the easiest ways are to

click the filter on the jobs screen, then choose completed jobs, or
use one of the reports to view completed jobs over a particular period
