Job dashboard – showing the status of your jobs

The Job Dashboard shows the status of all of your jobs with various icons to denote whether a task has been completed or outstanding or is running late.

Below is a run down of which icons are available and when they start flashing

Notes:

  • Whether an icon is visible or not will depend on what columns you have showing no your job dashboard.
    You can change which columns are shown by clicking Advanced Job Settings, clicking Change Page Layout and showing or hiding each column.
  • The timings are set for each job type.  Contact us to change the timings for when the icons flash.

Job Viewed

red dot Job has not been viewed.

Flashing Dot An hour has passed and the job has still not been viewed.

Job has been viewed.

Appointment made

red dot Appointment has not been made.

Flashing Dot Two hours have passed since the job was created and an appointment has not been made.

Appointment has been made.

Telephone If no one was available to make an appointment.

On site

red dot It’s past the appointment date and time but the Engineer is not on site.

Flashing Dot Two hours have passed since the appointment date and time and the engineer is still not on site.

Engineer has visited site.

Job done

red dot Engineer has not completed job.

Flashing Dot The job has not been completed within two hours.

The job has been completed.

Paperwork done

red dot Paperwork has not been completed for the job.

Flashing Dot The job paperwork has not been completed within 24 hours.

The job paperwork has been completed. If it is for a customer, then the invoice is ready to be raised.
