Can subcontractors accept jobs?

Hi. I'm looking for a program to allow sub contractors to "accept" jobs from a queue much like how a taxi firm works. I want to add multiple jobs and sub contractors would select the jobs they want to do and they then wouldn't be available for anyone else to select. Can your system do this?
