sending job sheets to clients as a pdf

Hi,

I am trying to send our job sheets to clients however I seem to only be able to send as a web page. It does say you can save as PDF in the email however I am not finding this possible.

Hi Ewan

When you send a job sheet from the portal it sends it as a dynamic web page. You can create a pdf from that by clicking on the print icon at the top of the page and then printing as pdf (depending on your particular computers operating system)

You can also create the pdf and send it manually by previewing the job sheet and then clicking the print icon as above.
