One of my engineers has been on a job this evening and he has had an issue with the app. On completion he noticed all the before and after pictures that he had taken have not been saved on to the app. I was with my engineer and took some pictures but as we have none of the before pictures on there I really need to retrieve them other wise I will not be getting paid for tonight’s work.
Please can you look at this urgently as the client is chasing already and this is a very important client to us.
