Jobs completed on mobile, not completed on my computer

Because the app works even when offline, your engineer can complete the job and it will drop off his phone but you wouldn’t see the update until the phone was back online and able to upload the data.  If the network is slow (or if your own broadband is slow) that could also lead to it taking time between when the job has been updated and when you see the update.
