How do you get a tick in another column

How do you get a tick in another column?

Which column do you mean?

The status column have icons (including ticks) so you can see their status at a glance. The status columns including the following

SMS sent
Job viewed
Appointment made
On site
Completed
Invoiced
Emailed

The other columns contain information which you can fill in such as the job description, address etc.
