How do I add an employee or can you do it for me.

Hi Ron

You can add employees, by clicking the connections icon () and then add employee. More information is available here in our help and support site.

You can add employees as a standard employees or administrators. If you want to change your engineers settings including whether they are a standard user or administrator and the screens that are available to them, you can do that from the connections screen.
