Cannot see jobs on iPhone

recently my phone app hasn't been working properly. I am set up as 'Administrator' however i cannot see any jobs ... i also reset the app about 3 times. Any suggestions as it is really frustrating that i can change and reallocate jobs from my phone when i'm out and about.

Hi Leanne

Does it say My Jobs at the top of the screen or just Jobs. If it is says My Jobs it is only showing jobs assigned to you. To show all jobs, click the Okappy icon, and then click Show all jobs (see screenshots below).

If that’s doesn’t solve it, please

click the Okappy icon,
click More,
Click Login details and confirm the email address which is being used
