I can see you're trying to use different details on the app and web. I've reset your password. If you log in with your email and the new password on all the web and app then you should be able to log in now.

Once in, you can change your password on the web by clicking the profile icon towards the top right of the screen and then clicking Change password.

From the app, you can change your password once logged into the app by clicking the Okappy icon towards the top right of the screen, Clicking More and then clicking Login details.

Note: Once you have changed the password, you will need to use the new password whether you log in on the web or the app.
