App settings are not showing on iOS

I'm trying to click on your app settings in my iPhones setting screen but no apps are showing?

There's a bug in iOS10.3 where sometimes app settings don't show. If they are not showing, force close the app by double tapping the home button and flicking the settings app off the top of the screen. When you re-open the settings screen your apps should appear as shown in this screenshot.
