mandatory signatures on iPad job sheets

When I fill in a job sheet on iPad, there is no date and signature option at the end even though I made this mandatory when creating the template. Do you know how I can change this so any engineer completing the sheet on their iPad has to sign it at the end?

I added a job using your Call out log sheet and it requested the mandatory signature as expected. Is it a particular template you are looking at?
